Todd Kessler, CCP®

Director, Financial Operations and Compensation Consulting

Todd specializes in advising directors and executives on a variety of compensation matters including executive compensation program structure, short- and long-term incentive plan design and modeling, equity utilization, and total compensation strategy. Through data analyses and knowledge of the business, Todd’s ultimate goal with EverSource is to provide customized solutions to suit customers’ current needs and long-term goals.

Todd has worked with a variety of companies across many industries, ranging from pre-IPO to the Fortune 500. A majority of his experience is in financial services with Bank of America, CitiFinancial, and Cadence Bank. Prior to joining Eversource, Todd served as vice president/director of compensation at Cadence Bank where he was instrumental in the bank’s successful IPO and merger efforts.

As a member of the EverSource team, Todd is committed to working with customers to understand their businesses and the unique challenges they are facing.

Todd grew up in Oxford, Alabama, and currently resides in Birmingham with his wife, Bryson, and their four children. He loves hanging out with the family, traveling, bass fishing, and watching football (Auburn is tops, but any game will do).
