Navigating strategic plans for Consider It Done!, Rhonda leads CID to maximize growth opportunities in the emerging market for virtual administrative assistants. Her role includes business management for the organization as well as developing CID’s service delivery model and training practices.

Rhonda’s experience includes extensive executive leadership in the communications industry and in financial services. She currently serves on the board of directors and as budget committee chair for Kohler Credit Union in Kohler, Wisconsin. Her previous cross-functional roles have included vice president for product development and area president for Frontier Communications, a Fortune 500 company. Prior to this, she held marketing management roles for TDS Telecom.

A results-oriented executive leader, Rhonda’s expertise includes operations, strategy, finance, budgets/forecasts, contract negotiation, product development, marketing, commercial and residential sales, public relations, market research, and competitive intelligence.

Rhonda works remotely with CID’s national network of virtual assistants and with the Birmingham-based EverSource leadership team.

Rhonda moved back to Tennessee in 2021 and now enjoys spending time in historic Franklin.  She also enjoys walking, creating delicious meals and relaxing with family and friends.
